Security deposit are required on all office rentals
Key deposit required on all weekly or monthly office rentals
Monthly Rental Includes: 6 Hours of pre-reserved Studio time a month (seamless and interchangeable sets)
Space and Event Rentals
Rentals are available for special events, parties, etc. Studio is aprox. 3,500 sq ft. and open area is aprox. 2,500 sq. ft.
