Deposit are required to reserve rentals
Deposits will vary based on event type and event length
Event insurance may be required depending on the event.
If insurance is required you may purchase event insurance though your current insurance company,
home owners policy or on-line though a specialized carrier such as You are expected to comply with all local, state and federal licensing as required for your specific event
Drugs and/or other Illegal substances and/or items are not permitted
Please note: We do not accept checks
For event rentals deposits within 30 days we accept cash only
For event rental deposit 31 days or more we accept cash, money orders
or cashiers checks drawn on LOCAL BANKS ONLY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation; All rental deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
If you are able to reschedule to a different day (you must personally speak with us to request an event schedule change within 30 days prior to the original planned event date; failure to do so will automatically forfeit any deposit)
Please note: We do reserve the right to charge a reservation change fee for rescheduled events.
You are only allowed 1 (one) event reschedule with proper 30 day advance notice.
